We're in the process of moving Bits and Peaces to Somerset and are looking for district councils to work with in providing weekly classes for the over 55s.
The emphasis is on fun and working gently within the soft limitations of your own body, promoting improved balance and general fitness.
A proven track record
We have over 8 years experience providing subsidised classes for the over 55s for Watford Borough and Three Rivers District Councils.
